While Burger was CEO, Silverstein Properties financed, developed and built 3 WTC (opened in 2018) and 4 WTC (opened in 2015), and leased 7 WTC (opened in 2006). Additionally, Burger worked on the development of 2 WTC and won the development bid for 5 WTC in a venture with Brookfield Properties.
