Development

High-Value, High-Quality Real Estate Development

Infinite Global leverages its deep expertise in real estate development to capitalize on market opportunities. CEO Marty Burger has had the privilege to be involved with some of the most high-profile developments in the world – from Time Warner Center, the World Trade Center, the Four Seasons Orlando Resort in Walt Disney World and the Four Seasons Downtown New York to many others including major mixed-use projects like CityPlace in West Palm Beach and One West End in New York as well as specialty-use projects such as the World Market Center in Las Vegas. Mr. Burger led the conversion of 55 Broad Street from a 57-year-old office building to 571 apartments in New York’s financial district, and now at Infinite Global, he is again leading the charge on converting an office building on 35th Street just off Fifth Avenue to apartments.

Infinite Global leverages deep expertise in real estate acquisitions to capitalize on market opportunities. By targeting well-performing but poorly capitalized properties, the firm restructures assets, infusing new capital to unlock value and generate strong returns in major U.S. markets.

 

Infinite Global provides flexible equity structures for both existing assets and new developments, addressing the expanding capital gap as nearly a trillion dollars in real estate debt approaches maturity. By deploying common and preferred equity, the firm recapitalizes high-performing but overleveraged properties across multifamily, office, retail, and hospitality—funding debt paydowns, discounted note purchases, rescue capital, and capital improvements.

As traditional investors withdraw from select asset classes, particularly in office, Infinite Global leverages market inefficiencies to invest in stabilized multifamily assets under refinancing pressure and to acquire high-quality office properties in key growth markets at compelling valuations.

Debt strategies

Structured Financing Solutions for High-Value Opportunities

Infinite Global Capital Partners (IGCP) targets opportunities created by undercapitalized properties and market liquidity gaps through two complementary strategies.


First, IGCP assembles full capital stacks for large, structured financings, retaining an interest in the first-loss position while actively asset-managing the loan. IGCP has executed multiple term sheets ranging from $80 million to $1.1 billion, and has already closed one large, complicated construction financing.

Second, IGCP operates a mortgage banking platform offering agency loans (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD), bridge to agency loans, and CMBS financing supported by dedicated loan officers and strategic partnerships with licensed financial institutions.
