This one-of-a-kind furniture showroom marketplace is comprised of 5.3 million square feet within four connected buildings on a 57-acre campus. Built in phases from 2004 to 2007, the three major buildings were developed by Related where Burger led all aspects of the development. In an interim ownership, Bain Capital and Oaktree Capital purchased an interest and changed the name of the operations to International Market Centers, and today the campus is entirely owned by Blackstone and its operation is known as ANDMORE.
